1.2. We shall study the same and basis the query; we shall identify suitable doctor and hospital from internationally accredited hospitals in India.
3. Doctors may ask for details of medical condition along with medical reports. If available, you are expected to share all pathological reports, MRI films or reports / CT Scans / X-Rays / Angiograms etc (you may choose to scan the images and reports and send via attaching in emails or you may simply click clear readable pictures from your hand-phone and share via applications like WhatsApp or Viber).
4. After discussing your case / reports with the doctors, we shall get back with their suggestions over treatment plan and how to proceed further. The clients may expect to hear from us over the best suited line of treatment based on the shared medical information, Package for treatment, length of stay in India (if required to travel) and miscellaneous expenses related to stay while in India.
5. Client would be free to clarify any doubts regarding treatment, stay in India, doctor or hospital before finalizing travel plans.
6. Client shares with us his itinerary for us to book hospital and make local arrangements for his arrival. We shall also assign a case manager (& share the contact details before arrival) to ensure smooth stay in India.
7. 8. We shall arrange Airport pick-up and hotel check-in or guest house as per the plan.
9. We shall schedule your appointment with your treating doctor & shall help you with the admission formalities in Hospital.
10. Before proceeding with the treatment as finalized basis the medical reports shared earlier, treating doctor shall repeat all the necessary evaluations to confirm the diagnosis and the treatment plan; the cost of which will be included in the package shared with you.
11.12.13. On completion of your treatment and recuperation, once the doctor declares you fit to fly, we shall see you off to the Airport. And shall long for your valuable feedbacks.
